Position Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on Shipping Supervisor to lead our warehouse shipping operations at our Evansville, IN location. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring products move efficiently, safely, and accurately while leading a team to meet daily goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shipping operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery
- Lead, coach, and develop shipping associates, including performance management and training
- Coordinate loading, unloading, picking, and staging of inbound and outbound shipments
- Verify shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage prevention
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with all safety, food safety, and security procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment
- Communicate effectively across shifts and departments to support operational continuity
- Plan staffing and schedules to meet workload demands
- Lead shift meetings to communicate priorities and drive continuous improvement
- Prepare and maintain reports related to inventory, production, and employee timekeeping
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Address employee concerns, complaints, and escalate as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
