Shop Manager Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

· Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the shop

· Upkeep cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation of the shop

· Follow up on customer’s appointment and feedback

· Train team members, motivate team’s morale and resolve staff issues

· Create marketing campaigns and promotions to achieve KPI sales target

· Monitor inventory, manage stock ordering, maintain hygiene of the supplies

· Prepare sales reports, staff rosters, and assist with payroll and commission calculations

· Supervise opening and closing procedures, including daily cash reconciliation

Requirements

· Able to lead or supervise a team

· Able to work on weekends and public holidays

· Proficient in basic computer and POS systems
