Shopping Center Marketing Manager

Shape the future of one of Copenhagen’s most iconic retail destinations. As Marketing Manager for Fisketorvet, you will play a pivotal role in driving the centre’s commercial success through innovative marketing, strategic thinking, and customer-focused initiatives. Combining creativity with a strong business mindset, you will lead the development and execution of the centre’s marketing strategy, oversee brand positioning, manage key agency partnerships, and deliver engaging campaigns that drive footfall, loyalty, and growth. Working closely with the General Manager, tenants, and external stakeholders, you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact on both the customer experience and the overall performance of the centre.

What you will be doing…

  • Develop and execute Fisketorvet's marketing strategy with a focus on brand awareness and market growth.

  • Responsible for the annual marketing budget.

  • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns in Fisketorvet's annual cycle.

  • Responsible for a wide range of dedicated external marketing suppliers, including SoMe agencies, advertising agencies, etc.

  • Inform, inspire and motivate the centre’s tenants regarding marketing strategies, activities and campaigns.

  • Responsible for preparing annual marketing plans and strategies, in collaboration with the General Manager.

  • Development of Fisketorvet's loyalty program (Club Fisketorvet)

  • Market and customer analyses.

  • Support the relaunch of our digital website.

What you need to be successful?

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication or similar.

  • Experience with B2C marketing and branding.

  • General experience with marketing, preferably from retail and/or hospitality.

  • Has a good understanding of the financial aspects of working with marketing budgets.

  • Has a commercial mindset and the ability to translate thoughts, ideas and ambitions into concrete actions.

  • Has good analytical skills and is driven by creating results.

  • Previous project management experience.

  • Speak and write Danish and English at a high level. The corporate language is English.

  • Experience with SAP, as you will be working with budgets, no essential.
