Position Summary
<\/h2>

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer\-focused Showroom Sales Consultant<\/b> to join the Lighting Division. The ideal candidate will have experience in lighting, electrical, home décor, interior design, construction, or a related industry and enjoy helping customers find the right lighting solutions for both residential and commercial projects.
<\/p>

This is an excellent opportunity to build long\-term relationships with homeowners, contractors, designers, builders, and electricians while working in a professional showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
<\/h2>
  • Welcome and assist showroom customers while delivering exceptional customer service.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Guide customers through the selection of residential and commercial lighting products.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Recommend lighting solutions based on project requirements, budgets, and design preferences.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on inquiries and sales opportunities.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, electricians, and interior designers.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in\-person consultations.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of lighting products, industry trends, and technical specifications.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability, lead times, and special orders.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Assist with merchandising, showroom presentation, and display maintenance.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Contribute to achieving showroom sales goals and business objectives.
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Qualifications
    <\/h2>
    • Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Previous experience in the lighting, electrical, construction, home décor, interior design, or related industry is strongly preferred.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong relationship\-building and customer service abilities.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, email, and point\-of\-sale systems.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to learn and communicate technical product information effectively.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Experience working with builders, contractors, designers, or electrical suppliers is considered an asset.

      Work Schedule

      • Full\-Time Permanent Position
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Approximately 44 hours per week
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Monday to Saturday (5 working days per week)
        <\/p><\/li>

      • One weekday off each week
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Sundays off
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Must be available to work Saturdays
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Typical showroom hours: 8:00 AM \u2013 5:30 PM
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
