Silicon Validation Engineering Program Manager

Apple's Hardware Program Management organization is looking for a Program Manager to lead silicon validation hardware programs end-to-end — from initial board design through factory builds, field deployment, and ongoing support in the hands of silicon validation engineers. This is an individual contributor role on a high-caliber Senior Program Management team whose mission is to deliver silicon on schedule. You'll be embedded in the heartbeat of Apple's chip development process, driving the validation hardware programs that enable some of the world's most advanced silicon to go from first bring-up to production release. Minimum Qualifications BS in Engineering or related field Coursework and/or internship experience in hardware design and/or project management. Preferred Qualifications Experience in project or program management, preferably within a hardware, semiconductor, silicon validation, or systems engineering environment. Foundational understanding of hardware development and the board design lifecycle — from concept and specification through schematic review, fabrication, bring-up, and production. Ability to manage complex, multi-functional programs with aggressive schedules and high-stakes technical dependencies. Strong communication and leadership skills — able to drive alignment across engineering, operations, and leadership stakeholders without direct authority. Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts; comfortable digging into technical details to understand blockers and drive resolution. Experience supporting silicon bring-up and post-silicon validation environments is highly desirable.
