Site Administrator
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, and organize proper records and filing systems for all documents.
- Manage incoming correspondences and direct them to the appropriate person for further action.
- Provide administrative assistance to site staff, management, and relevant teams.
- Prepare progress claims, track invoices, and monitor claim status.
- Process and raise purchase orders for sub-contractors and client payments.
- Assist in coordinating time sheets, leave applications, training programs, medical claims, and other employee-related administrative matters.
- Communicate with external parties when necessary to support business operations.
- Prepare and update reports to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative tools.
- Experience in handling invoices, claims, and purchase orders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.
