SITE COORDINATOR

Job Summary

Plan, implement, and monitor project work schedules to achieve completion targets. Prepare progress reports and technical proposals. Oversee site inspections, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with clients, authorities, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project updates.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement work schedules to efficiently meet project completion targets
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare detailed progress reports, construction method statements, and technical proposals for project documentation
  • Identify and resolve technical issues to maintain project quality and timelines
  • Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and standards
  • Liaise with client representatives, authorities, and consultants to facilitate smooth project execution
  • Oversee daily project activities and provide timely updates to stakeholders
  • Organize and lead weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to review and update work progress
  • Attend early morning toolbox meetings to communicate safety and work plans
  • Conduct daily dormitory inspections to ensure workers’ welfare and maintain order
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to support project needs
  • Work on weekends and public holidays as required to meet project deadlines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Possess a Singapore Driving License
  • Have 7 to 10 years of relevant working experience
  • Communicate effectively in spoken and written English
  • Use Microsoft Office proficiently to prepare reports and documentation
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to achieve targets
  • Adapt well to fast-paced environments and show resilience to meet deadlines
  • Willingly cover for colleagues during leave periods to ensure continuity
