Job Description:

Site Coordinator (UAE National)

Al Qu'a, Al Ain

We are seeking a motivated UAE National Site Coordinator to support our construction projects in Al Qu’a, Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and local authorities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assist with day-to-day coordination and administration of site activities.
  • Drive to project sites, suppliers, and local authorities to deliver documents, collect permits, and support project-related tasks.
  • Coordinate with local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations, obtain required permits, and manage project-related inquiries.
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of meetings, site visits, and inspections.
  • Identify and promptly report project issues or constraints to supervisors.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the construction and project teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School certificate or Diploma in a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in coordination and site-based work.
  • Proficient keyboard skills and good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Must be a UAE National.
