Site Facility Lead
Your New Role
We are looking for a Site Facility Lead to join an international, innovation-driven organization operating within the medical technology industry. In this role, you will take ownership of strategic facility projects, with a particular focus on transforming and optimizing site water quality systems while supporting a range of infrastructure and facility improvement initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
Lead facility and engineering projects from initiation through execution and completion.
Drive water quality transformation projects and improvements to water production and treatment systems.
Coordinate facility upgrades, rebuilding activities, and smaller construction projects.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including risk assessments and technical documentation.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, contractors, and external suppliers.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, validation requirements, and internal corporate procedures.
Support ongoing site facility initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need:An Engineering degree (or equivalent qualification) within a relevant discipline.
Proven experience leading engineering or facility-related projects.
Experience with water production and/or water treatment systems.
Knowledge of validation processes within regulated MedTech manufacturing environments (ISO 13485).
Experience managing facility construction, refurbishment, or rebuilding projects.
Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and documentation.
