现因公司业务发展,诚聘一名人事助理(HR Assistant),协助公司日常人事与行政工作,并支持工地人力管理及跨团队协调。

We are hiring an HR Assistant to support daily HR operations, manpower coordination, and administrative duties in a fast-paced and bilingual working environment.

💼 岗位职责 | Key Responsibilities

  • 负责员工入职、离职、准证申请与更新(WP / SP / EP 等)。
  • 协调员工培训、体检、宿舍及出入境安排。
  • 管理和归档人事资料、合同、保险及签证文件。
  • 协助工资单、津贴表、考勤记录与HR月报准备。
  • 与项目经理及人事主管沟通,协调外籍工人管理与调配。
  • 同时处理多项人事及行政任务,确保工作高效准确。
  • 执行上级指派的其他行政工作。
  • Handle staff onboarding, offboarding, and work pass applications (WP/SP/EP).
  • Coordinate worker training, medical check-ups, accommodation, and travel logistics.
  • Maintain HR records, employment contracts, insurance, and visa documentation.
  • Assist in payroll preparation, allowance tracking, and attendance reports.
  • Liaise with Project Managers and HR Manager for manpower deployment.
  • Perform multiple HR and admin tasks simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support other general administrative duties as assigned.

📋 任职要求 | Requirements (Must-Have)

  1. 中英文双语能力是必须要求(MANDATORY REQUIREMENT) —— 能够流利使用中英文沟通、书写与阅读文件。
  2. 拥有出色的沟通能力与团队协作能力,能在多方协调中保持清晰表达与高效率。
  3. 具备多任务处理能力(multitasking),能在快节奏环境中同时处理不同事务。
  4. 至少 1 年人事或行政经验(建筑行业优先);有较强学习能力的无经验者也被接受。
  5. 熟练使用 Microsoft Office(Excel、Word),具备良好的文档整理与细节意识。
  6. 熟悉 MOM 流程或建筑业外籍工人管理经验者优先。
  7. Bilingual in Chinese and English is a MANDATORY requirement – must be able to communicate, read, and write fluently in both languages. (The role requires communication with clients and staff from Singapore, China, Malaysia and India. Many of them communicate only in Chinese; therefore, Chinese language proficiency is necessary for effective job performance.)
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
  9. Strong multitasking and organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Minimum 1 year of HR or administrative experience (preferably in construction); candidates without experience are also welcome.
  11. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) with attention to detail.
  12. Familiarity with MOM processes or foreign worker management will be an advantage.
