Site Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
  • In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details and construction drawings.
  • Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project supervision and documentation.
  • Supervise structural/architectural works, coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.
  • Ensure timely completion and good quality of works.
  • Ensure safety regulations are complied with.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5 to 10 years’ of site management experience.
