Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/p>

1. <\/span>Supervision<\/span>
<\/p>

Lead and manage on\-site workforce, subcontractors, and vendors.<\/span>
<\/p>

Ensure all work adheres to project specifications and health & safety regulations.<\/span>
<\/p>

Maintain site cleanliness and high safety standards.<\/span>
<\/p>

2. <\/span>Scheduling & Coordination<\/span>
<\/p>

Maintain and monitor detailed project schedules using tools like MS Projects and Asana.<\/span>
<\/p>

Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams for timely delivery of materials and resource allocation.<\/span>
<\/p>


<\/div>

3. <\/span>Quality Control & Budget Monitoring<\/span>
<\/p>

Track project expenses using Excel or project management software.<\/span>
<\/p>

Identify and manage cost overruns; propose corrective solutions.<\/span>
<\/p>

Provide regular financial status updates, highlighting risks.<\/span>
<\/p>

4. <\/span>Reporting<\/span>
<\/p>

Deliver progress reports to the project manager using MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.<\/span>
<\/p>

Include updates on schedule, budget, risks, and quality.<\/span>
<\/p>

5. <\/span>Problem\-Solving<\/span>
<\/p>

Address and resolve or escalate on\-site issues related to design, materials, or conditions promptly.<\/span>
<\/p><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>


<\/p>

  • BSc/HND in Construction Management, Building, or related field (First Aid certification is a plus).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>


    <\/div>
    • 2\u20134 years of experience in project/construction management, especially in commercial interiors and office fit\-outs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>


      <\/div>
      • Experience with reputable construction/design fit\-out firms.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>


        <\/div>
        • Proficient in reading technical drawings and understanding construction processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li><\/ul>


          <\/div>
          • Skilled in tools like Asana, Trello, MS Projects.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/p><\/li><\/ul>


            <\/div>
            • Strong communication, creative thinking, and time management skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              • Excellent stakeholder engagement with clients, vendors, and teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
