Site Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking for a dedicated and skilled Site manager to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization leading of a construction sites. This role is essential in guaranteeing that workflow and product quality meet industry standards, together with client satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting presales with knowledge and experience.
- Preparing project execution and organization.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project completion.
- Tracking commissioning plans and procedures.
- Prepare detailed construction reports and any issues encountered.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, technologies, and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or master degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
- Good written and verbal communication and language skills
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
- This position involves a combination of office work and on-site work at various project locations. The successful candidate must be able to work in different environments and adapt to changing conditions. Safety is a top priority, and all work must be conducted in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED
- (50%, 60%)
