Site Operations Manager

About the role

This role is based within our Community & Mission team, supporting the effective operation of service delivery sites to ensure they are welcoming, safe, and enable high-quality service provision.

As a Site Operations Manager, you will play a key role in leading site operations, supporting teams, and ensuring systems, processes, and environments are optimised to meet organisational and community needs.

  • Play a key role in ensuring service sites operate efficiently and provide a welcoming experience

  • Lead site administration, systems, and operational processes across multiple locations

  • Support staff capability, collaboration, and service delivery through strong leadership

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and site operations

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and administration of service delivery sites

  • Leading and supporting reception and administration teams, including recruitment and onboarding

  • Ensuring sites provide a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and staff

  • Coordinating site meetings, events, and engagement activities

  • Managing site operations including facilities, contractors, maintenance, and financial processes

  • Driving WHS compliance, training, and safety initiatives

  • Partnering with corporate functions to optimise systems and processes

  • Supporting onboarding, inductions, and orientation processes

  • Managing projects and contributing to operational improvements

  • Building strong stakeholder and church relationships

  • Maintaining consistency across multiple sites

About you

  • Experience in operations, business administration, or site management in a multi-site environment

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to support and develop teams

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Experience managing projects and driving process improvements

  • Strong systems and administrative capability

  • Financial and operational management skills

  • Ability to work independently and problem solve

  • Understanding of WHS requirements

  • Alignment with Anglicare’s mission and values

  • Relevant qualification (desirable)

  • Current NSW Driver’s Licence
