J<\/b><\/span>ob Summary<\/b><\/span>:<\/b><\/span> <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)<\/b> with 9\u201312 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java Application Support, Terraform, and Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)<\/b>. This role involves ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical production systems, managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployment processes, and driving incident management and operational excellence. The candidate should also have hands\-on experience with MongoDB, Kafka, and GitHub Actions<\/b>, along with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement. <\/span>

  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of mission\-critical systems.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Provide Java application support and troubleshoot production issues.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Implement and <\/span>maintain <\/span>Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Manage and <\/span>optimize <\/span>cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Automate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Administer and support MongoDB and Kafka clusters.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortem documentation.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to enhance observability, monitoring, and alerting capabilities.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

    • Strong experience in Java Application Support<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proven <\/span>expertise <\/span>with Terraform<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Solid Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP)<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • 9+ years of professional experience in SRE or related roles.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Hands\-on experience with MongoDB and Kafka.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to work independently during critical incidents.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span> <\/span>

      • Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
