<\/span><\/div>Responsibilities;<\/span><\/b> <\/span>
<\/span><\/div>- Operations\n Coordination<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Client\n management<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Team\n Management<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- KPI\n & SLA Management<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Managing\n & Maintaining our Operational platforms<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Develop,\n implement and maintain site\-specific security procedures<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Travel\n Regionally as required<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Prepare\n and maintain security records and complete routine statistical\n reports.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Managing\n workload effectively<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Communicating\n with employees & clients<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Maintaining,\n updating and retrieving data held on the company's\n platforms<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Preparing\n Operational & Clients Reports<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Supporting\n various company departments<\/span>

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
Role Requirements;<\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/div>- Proven\n experience in Management / Supervisory roles<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Excellent\n written and verbal communication skills.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ability\n to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Full\n clean driving licence (Manual Vehicle)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Proficient\n in Google & Microsoft platform suite\u2019s and other relevant\n software.
