Site Supervisor, Bridges
- Responsible for checking and inspecting the works and monitoring the works in order to ensure safety and quality in construction;
- Reception at completed or in-progress works at work points;
- Participation in determining phases;
- Verification and approval of the relevant documentation in the Railway works sector;
- Correspondence and participation in work sessions with the Beneficiary, the Contractor, the Designer and the authorized authorities;
- Carrying out Site inspections and daily records of Sanitation activity;
- Monitoring compliance with the technical execution procedures for cold weather works, according to the regulations in force and all related regulations;
- Preparation of the necessary documents for the construction logbook;
- Checking the existence of analysis reports for each type of material;
- Checking and preparation of minutes for each event required in the schedule, including for hidden works;
- Any other duties and responsibilities in accordance with current legislation and contractual conditions for works.
- Preparation: higher education in construction
- Seniority: more than 5 years of experience
- PC operation
- Fluent Romanian, and preferably good spoken and written English, represents an advantage;
- Communication ability. Ability to analyze and synthesize. Decision making capacity
- Confident, clear and polite style of verbal communication one-to-one or in a group, including ‘active’ listening;
- Ability to work under stress and extended schedule
- Assuming responsibilities and maintaining confidentiality
