Site Supervisor
- Travel to various sites to supervise and manage the on-site installation of outdoor camera systems, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and according to project specifications.
- Lead and coordinate a team of technicians, installers, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the most effective camera placements and configurations.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and industry regulations are followed during the installation process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the installation of camera systems.
- Monitor the progress of installations to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure systems are functioning correctly before handover to the client.
- Maintain accurate records of installation activities, materials used, and any issues encountered on site.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and installers to ensure high standards of performance and safety.
- Provide regular reports to management regarding project progress, challenges, and completion timelines.
- Ensure that all equipment and tools are maintained and used properly to avoid damage or loss.
- Site supervision, with handling of outdoor camera system installation (CCTV, security cameras).
- Handling of security systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Lift equipment and work in various outdoor weather conditions.
- Climb ladders and work at heights, for camera installations.
