\- Ensure drawings are followed

\- No execution level discussions are taken at site

\- Plan weekly work schedule with Project Lead
<\/div>
\- Prepare Snag list, Pending items and Blockers
<\/div>
\- Maintain Quality, Timelines, Customer confidence
<\/div>
\- Ensure vendors follow:
<\/div>
Approved drawings
<\/div>
Approved materials
<\/div>
Approved installation methods
<\/div>

<\/div>
\- Escalate repeat offenders for replacement
<\/div>
\- You are responsible for checking:
<\/div>

<\/div>
Shutter alignment, Edge banding, Hardware fixing, Electrical points, Plumbing slopes & leaks
<\/div>
Creating and closing snag lists, Ensuring no handover with visible defects
<\/div>

<\/div>
Customer Handling at Site
<\/div>

<\/div>
You will explain:

<\/div>
\- What is coming next
<\/div>

Never promise anything without PM/designer approval
<\/div>

Good in vendor handling
