Trinity Rehab<\/b> is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech\-Language Pathologist (SLP)<\/b> to join our team on a PRN basis<\/b> in Burlington, NC within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting.

Position Overview<\/b>

The Speech Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. This role works closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high\-quality, patient\-centered care.

Responsibilities<\/b>

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  <\/li>
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy team members
  <\/li>
• Provide education to patients and families
  <\/li>
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  <\/li>
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility guidelines

    Requirements<\/h3>

    • Master\u2019s degree in Speech\-Language Pathology
      <\/li>
    • Current North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility)
      <\/li>
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC\-SLP) preferred
      <\/li>
    • Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or CCRC setting preferred
