Small Commodity Wholesale Supervisor
Job Description:
This is a substantial role in Small Commodity Wholesale team who will take charge of one of the regions for:
- Lead coverage and distribution expansion plan alignment, execution, tracking, review and optimization.
- Empower customer to expand their retail stores and new retail formats, such as snack stores and dark stores
- Forecast distributor’s demand based on past customer’s shipment data, coordinate production with the PS Team.
Qualification:
- Strong ownership, self-discipline, fast learning ability, to think and act as a business professional.
- Skills: Strong communication, planning skills, accountable for all detail process and keeping compliance.
- Training: Training capability to develop customers’ sales team.
- Experience: Proven track record in expanding new regions and acquiring new customers in retail and FMCG industry.
- Flexibility: a flexible schedule of business travel.
- Location: based in Guangzhou
