SME Loan Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and driven Business Loan and Mortgage Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and solutions to clients seeking business loans and mortgage financing. You will assist clients in understanding their financing options, guiding them through the application process, and helping them secure the best deals based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on business loan and mortgage options, assessing their financial needs and goals
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ financial status and recommend appropriate loan products
- Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering required documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and advice
- Stay updated on market trends, loan products, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations.
- Work closely with banks and financial institutions to secure loan approvals and favorable terms for clients
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team

Qualifications:

1.) Proven experience in business loans, mortgages, or financial services (preferred but not required)
2.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3.) Ability to assess financial situations and recommend appropriate solutions
4.) Results-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets
5.) Excellent organizational and time management abilities
6.) Singaporean or Singapore PR status
