Job Title: SME - M365

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Team Management

  • Supervise day-to-day operational activities and team performance.
  • Conduct and drive weekly/monthly reviews covering performance, projects, backlog, and continuous improvement.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring timely updates and SLA adherence.
  • Motivate and guide team members to achieve organizational goals.
  • Deliver training, mentoring, and feedback while maintaining proper documentation and accountability.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot complex M365 issues with minimal supervision.
  • Contribute to service enhancements and technology improvements.

Active Directory & Access Management

  • Manage object lifecycle in Active Directory (users, groups, workstations, servers).
  • Perform regular housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and efficient OU structure.
  • Process access requests in accordance with defined processes and authorizations.
  • Handle requests for group drive mappings, computer accounts, application accounts, etc.

Service Delivery

  • Ensure achievement of predefined KPIs and SLA targets.
  • Maintain high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Graduate or higher in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in people management.
  • Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in:
    • M365 support environments
    • Active Directory management
    • Enterprise technical support

Technical Skills

  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 services.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory administration.
  • ITIL knowledge preferred.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong documentation and analytical skills.

Work Pattern

  • 24x5 rotational shifts supporting global time zones.
  • Availability for on-call support during weekends and public holidays for critical issues.
