We are hiring an SMS \- Technical Support Engineer<\/b> to monitor SMS services, troubleshoot delivery issues, and ensure stable and high\-quality messaging performance with local and international operators.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Monitor SMS traffic, delivery reports, and system performance.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Troubleshoot SMS delivery failures, delays, and routing issues.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Analyze logs and SMS error codes across platforms and gateways.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate with aggregators, telecom operators, and vendors to resolve incidents.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Escalate complex issues when needed and follow up until resolution.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Support client onboarding, testing, and configurations.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prepare incident reports, RCA, and performance reports.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure SLA compliance and participate in on\-call support when required.
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Experience in SMS operations, telecom, or messaging platforms.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Good understanding of SMS routing, delivery reports, and troubleshooting.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Familiar with SMS protocols and gateways (SMPP, HTTP APIs is a plus).
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong analytical and communication skills.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle incidents.<\/span>
