Responsible for ensuring optimal SMS routing performance, delivery quality, regulatory

compliance, and cost efficiency across Bevatel messaging platform. The role supports
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Enterprise and Wholesale operations by proactively monitoring live traffic, managing
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
routing decisions, mitigating quality issues, and ensuring SLA adherence.

Core Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>
<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>
<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>
- Manage SMS route selection, optimization, and failover strategies
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Monitor delivery rates, latency, and routing quality across all destinations.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Conduct route testing, bench marking, and validation activities
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Prevent spam, fraud, and traffic abuse through proactive and reactive controls
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Enforce Sender ID governance and operator compliance requirements
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Analyst blocking issues, identify root causes, and implement mitigation actions
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Optimize routing costs while protecting service margins
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Coordinate with providers and carriers to resolve quality and routing issues
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Prepare routing performance reports and recommendations for management<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
Education & Experience
<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>- Bachelor\u2019s degree
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in SMS routing, quality, or messaging operations
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Proven experience working with messaging platforms, carriers, and service providers
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Previous experience operating within the KSA market is highly preferred.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Knowledge of spam control, Sender ID governance, and operator compliance
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong communication skills in English
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet SLAs
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Team\-oriented with a proactive and accountable mindset<\/span><\/span>
