We are seeking a high\-energy, results\-driven Software Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth for our Telecommunications portfolio, with a primary focus on our SMS Gateway platform and associated communication APIs. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle\u2014from prospecting high\-volume enterprise clients to closing deals for complex telecom. The ideal candidate understands how businesses use communication tools to drive engagement and has a track record of selling technical solutions to both "C\-suite" executives and technical stakeholders.

1. Business Development & Prospecting

  • Identify and hunt for new business opportunities in sectors that rely heavily on SMS.
    <\/li>
  • Conduct cold outreach, leverage LinkedIn, and attend industry events to build a robust pipeline.
    <\/li>
  • Qualify leads based on volume potential, technical fit, and budget.
    <\/li><\/ul>

    2. Solution Selling (Consultative Approach)
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>


    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • Sell our SMS platform (A2P messaging, OTP services, Marketing SMS) as a core offering.
      <\/li>
    • Sell, upsell and cross\-sell broader Telecommunications solutions such as VoIP, SIP Trunking, Cloud PBX, and WhatsApp Business API.
      <\/li>
    • Conduct live product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
      <\/li><\/ul>

      3. Market Intelligence
      <\/span><\/span><\/p>


      <\/span><\/span><\/p>

      • Stay updated on telecom regulations (e.g., GDPR, local SMS filtering laws, and carrier changes).
        <\/li>
      • Provide feedback to the Product Team regarding requested features or market gaps.
        <\/li><\/ul>

        Requirements<\/h3>
        • Experience: 3\u20135+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically within SaaS, CPaaS, or Telecoms.
          <\/li>
        • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with SMS APIs, SMPP protocols, and how businesses use 2FA (Two\-Factor Authentication).
          <\/li>
        • Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills; ability to explain technical API integrations in "plain English" to business owners.
          <\/li>
        • Tech\-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and a basic understanding of software integration logic.
          <\/li>
        • Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
