SMT - Vendor Management

  • Administrative Operations<\/b>: Assist in day\-to\-day operations of the administrative department, including office \nmanagement, vendor management, and resource allocation.

  • Policy Implementation<\/b>: Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and best practices related to \nfacilities management, health & safety regulations, and operational protocols.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Vendor & Contract Management:<\/b> Assist in negotiating contracts, managing relationships with service providers, \nand ensuring compliance with company standards.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Facilities Management<\/b>: Support the planning and management of company facilities, including space allocation, \nmaintenance, and security operations.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Compliance<\/b>: Ensure compliance with all legal and safety requirements across the office facilities and administrative \noperations.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Team Coordination<\/b>: Coordinate with cross\-functional teams such as IT, HR, and Finance to support business \noperations and ensure smooth functioning. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Stakeholder Management<\/b>: Liaise with key stakeholders (internal and external) to gather requirements, manage \nexpectations, and deliver on administrative commitments. Serve as the primary point of contact for third\-party service \nproviders.<\/span>

  • Procurement:<\/b> Work in creating a system of procurement with inherent checks and balances. Will have exposure to \nhigh value procurement.

      Qualifications<\/b>:

      • B.Tech, M.Tech or MBA
        <\/li>
      • 1 to 2 years of work experience in related field preferred.
