As the Director, F10 Advance Technology Singapore, Advance Technology Integration at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for driving improvements and breakthroughs to technology integration, delivering industry benchmark technology integration solution including CMOS device, Cell engineering, structure integration engineering, and new product introduction. Managing the execution of global business processes in the unit process areas of responsibility. You will execute to this by focusing on manufacturing big rock performance optimization, and ensure priorities are aligned to Micron business plan and Strategic Objective requirements across manufacturing sites.
Your objective is to leverage global internal and external resources to define and enable technology roadmaps, execute business processes, and drive network integration alignment to achieve world-class manufacturing performances. Examples include leveraging collaboration with process & equipment to integrate from structural, device, as well as reliability, drive yield improvement, reliability development, process margin optimization, thru-put optimization, cash cost optimization, and continuous improvement project prioritization and execution to project timelines.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Drive improvements in advance technology Integration development, and collaborate with advance process and equipment team to develop a technology from taking over from R&D to mass production
Drive integrated solution strategizing yield development, CMOS device development, Reliability development and qualification requirement.
Drive Yield improvement, achieve best in class TTMCY (time to mature yield) for new technology
Manage new product Qualification Planning, coordination, and problem resolution. Collaborate with the Product Engineering/FAB/Global Quality/Business Units (PE/FAB/GQ/BU) teams to ensure critical product milestones are met.
Interface with TD to deliver Best in class NAND CMOS performance with high speed to support AI, data center etc.
Interface with TD cell team and reliability team to deliver world class NAND cell process, resolve qualification issues.
Deliver Industry Benchmark Methods at the Lowest Cost in Your Area(s) of Responsibility
Execute quarterly internal benchmarking to identify gaps in performance for your area(s) of responsibility. Prioritize those gaps to meet site and corporate business plan needs, and focus resources (internally across network and/or externally with Suppliers) to close the gaps.
Manage stage gate process and new product introduction.
Demonstrate Leadership
Embrace benchmarking and deliver strategies to close the gaps.

Education Required
Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering, technology or related field of study
Experience Required
10+ years experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry, and 4+ years at any of the following levels
Management/Leadership at or above Senior Manager
Technical experience above Member of Technical Staff (MTS) equivalent
