The Social & Brand Communication Manager is responsible for designing and managing the consumer journey of the Dr.G brand. This role leads communication across the brand's official social channels, engages consumers through meaningful content, and expands the Dr.G brand experience through collaborations with influencers and expert networks. The position also ensures that brand messages are delivered consistently across various media and customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute communication strategies for Dr.G's official social media channels, including Instagram, X, and YouTube
• Plan and oversee channel-specific content strategies and operational direction
• Analyze content performance and derive channel growth strategies based on data and insights
• Monitor consumer responses and social/media trends to identify actionable insights
• Collaborate with external agencies to manage content production and channel operations
• Monitor brand mentions and organic social content related to the brand
• Identify and build relationships with influencers who strongly align with the Dr.G brand
• Plan and manage seeding programs and influencer collaboration initiatives
• Explore long-term partnership opportunities, including paid content and co-branded campaigns
• Develop collaboration initiatives with dermatologists and other professional experts
• Create content that effectively communicates Dr.G's skincare expertise and credibility
• Plan expert-led social content such as doctor Q&As, live sessions, and interviews
• Manage relationships with key media contacts and communication partners
• Support brand news development and PR activities
• Execute communication initiatives aligned with brand campaigns
Requirements
• University graduate
• Approx. 3-7 years of experience in social media channel management or brand communication
• Experience in managing brand-owned social accounts or executing content marketing initiatives
• Experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to derive meaningful insights from data and consumer responses
• Fluent in both Korean & English
• Proficient with Excel & PPT
Preferred
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods brands
• Experience in brand PR or at a PR agency
