What are you accountable for?

  • Build social brand narrative and bring brand positioning of ‘Tomorrow Begins Today’ to life

  • Deliver social and branded content at speed, low costs, authenticity and agility.

  • Build Maxis brand on social - address any negative social comments and build a responsive, authentic and helpful persona on social.

  • Drive demand generation through mid-funnel content creation engine, creating interest and demand for Maxis products and services.

  • Responsible for end-to-end content creation from conceptualisation to final posting.

  • Social campaign planning, setup, implementation and post-campaign reporting in collaboration with product/brand owners

  • Post-campaign reporting and feedback to product/brand owners

  • Participate in campaign ideation and provide digital and social media best practices, including influencer outreach and content creation.

  • Managing agency and partner relationships + work alongside them for overall planning of social media marketing.

  • Budget planning and social spend management.

What do you need to have for this role?

  • Marketing, IT, business, engineering or any equivalent degree

  • 8+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation and social media and community management

  • Deep understanding of social media and digital marketing

  • Familiar with executing best practices in adjacent digital functions including ecommerce, acquisition marketing, social & base marketing

  • Demonstrated experience and success in digital and social media marketing - digital media planning & analytics are a plus

  • Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and a consummate team player
