    What You\u2019ll Be Doing<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Work directly with the founder to ideate, plan, film, and produce content<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Create short and long\-form content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other organic channels<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Turn raw ideas and moments into engaging, high\-retention videos<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Develop hooks, recurring formats, and content series<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Film founder\-led content that feels natural and on\-brand<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Edit with strong pacing, storytelling, captions, and retention in mind<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Capture behind\-the\-scenes, team, office, and brand\-building content<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Support client\-side videography and editing when needed<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Help maintain consistency and momentum across content output<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Set up and manage cameras, lighting, audio, podcast, and studio equipment<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Troubleshoot basic production hardware and tech issues<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Help organise filming gear, storage systems, editing setups, and production workflows<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
