Social Media & CRM Marketing Lead

About the Department:

The Marketing Department plays a vital role in promoting the business by coordinating all communication to deliver the value of the company’s products and corporate stance. Especially, Digital marketing teams work to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, foster customer engagement, and drive conversions through various digital marketing strategies across the channels. This team is also responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and execute optimum strategies across all acquisition & engagement channels to boost the growth of business in the digital arena.

About the Role:

* Internal title: Digital Marketing Assistant Manager/Supervisor.

  • Drive UNIQLO’s social media presence by developing engaging content and campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to strengthen brand awareness and customer connection.

  • Lead end-to-end SNS strategy, including content direction, community engagement, and cross-channel collaboration to deliver consistent and compelling brand storytelling.

  • Leverage customer insights and trends to continuously optimize social engagement and elevate brand impact in the digital space

Responsibilities:

1. Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated digital campaigns, with a strong focus on Social Media ( and CRM channels (Email, App Push,...) to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

  • Own SNS strategy and performance, including content direction, community engagement, and campaign amplification, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.

  • Develop and optimize CRM strategies, including segmentation, customer journey planning, and lifecycle communication to improve retention, frequency, and customer value.

  • Leverage data and customer insights to continuously refine targeting strategies, campaign performance, and personalization across SNS and CRM channels.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Brand, PR, Product, Sales) to ensure seamless campaign execution and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (agencies, platforms) to drive efficiency, innovation, and best-in-class execution in SNS and CRM activities

2. Owned Channel Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversion, retention), ensuring campaigns deliver against defined KPIs.

  • Act as a strategic partner in shaping digital marketing direction, especially in owned channels growth (SNS + CRM).

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation, introducing new approaches in social engagement, CRM automation, and personalization.

  • Guide and align teams/agencies toward clear priorities, simplifying complexity and focusing on high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in relating to Marketing, Economics and other relating fields.

  • At least 05 years experiencing in digital marketing experience in the retail industry, with demonstrated success delivering multi-channel campaigns. Expertise leading in-house performance marketing, with a focus on both profitability and growth.

  • Experience building both scalable acquisition strategies and retention strategies

  • Good understanding of consumer marketing in fashion retail industry.

  • English: Business level (both written & verbal).

  • Good analytical skills to draw insights from data and reflect them to actions.
