We are looking for a creative, energetic, and data\-driven Social Media Executive<\/b> with 2 years of experience to take our social media presence to the next level. You will be responsible for managing our official handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X), conceptualising highly engaging student\-centric content, and executing campaigns that drive student admissions and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
<\/h3>
  • Content Strategy & Creation:<\/b> Conceptualise, script, and plan the weekly/monthly content calendar. Turn everyday campus life, student achievements, and academic events into engaging Reels, Shorts, posts, and carousels.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • On\-Ground Coverage:<\/b> Actively collaborate with our in\-house photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to capture events, workshops, student testimonials, and fests in real\-time.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Platform Management:<\/b> Own and optimize Inspiria\u2019s presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. Tailor content specifically to fit the audience of each platform (e.g., career/placement outcomes on LinkedIn vs. campus life on Instagram).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Community Engagement:<\/b> Monitor comments, direct messages, and brand mentions daily. Build an active online community by responding to prospective students, current students, and alumni with the correct brand voice.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Trend Jacking:<\/b> Keep a pulse on viral social media trends, audios, and memes, and creatively map them back to higher education or student life.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Performance Tracking:<\/b> Use platform analytics to generate weekly/monthly reports on engagement rates, reach, and follower growth. Suggest data\-driven iterations for future campaigns.

    Requirements & Qualifications
    <\/h3>
    • Experience:<\/b> 2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Content Creator, or Digital Marketer (Agency experience or previous Higher\-Ed experience is a big plus).
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Education:<\/b> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Science, or a related field.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Skills:<\/b> * Impeccable written English with a knack for writing catchy, youthful captions.
      <\/p>

      • Basic knowledge of video editing apps (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or Canva) for quick\-turnaround Reels.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms.
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

      • Attributes:<\/b> Highly creative, proactive, comfortable interacting with students/faculty, and able to work in a fast\-paced environment.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Portfolio:<\/b> Mandatory.<\/b> Candidates must share a portfolio or links to social media handles they have managed/created content for.
