SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER [INZ-003-05]

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across all platforms
  • Manage and oversee daily content creation, scheduling, and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Lead community management efforts by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and building meaningful online relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure all social media content is on-brand and strategically aligned
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns including Meta Ads and sponsored content to drive reach and conversions
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep strategies fresh and effective
  • Oversee and mentor junior social media team members to maintain consistent quality and output across all channels

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • People-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, proactive, and motivated by achieving results
  • Comfortable engaging with both candidates and clients professionally
