Key Responsibilities
Project & Timeline Management
Own the planning and execution of marketing event outreach.
Manage project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on event requirements.
Creative & Design Collaboration
Work closely with designers to translate requirements into effective visuals.
Take initiative in planning design schedules and managing content creation.
Ensure creative outputs meet campaign objectives and brand expectations.
Marketing Execution
Manage social media campaigns and event promotions across platforms.
Draft compelling marketing write ups, taglines, and creative copy.
Oversee social media sharing and engagement for events.
Ownership & Independence
Take responsibility for assigned tasks from start to finish.
Work independently while contributing to team problem solving.
Demonstrate proactive communication — not a passive listener, but a driver of solutions.
Coordinate and manage event logistics from planning through execution.
Understand event requirements and expectations.
Prepare event proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Coordinate with clients vendors, suppliers, and venue partners.
Manage event schedules, setup arrangements, and on-site operations.
Handle attendee registrations, inquiries, and customer service matters.
Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports.
