SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and share engaging content across social media channels to increase brand visibility and audience engagement
  • Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms to foster meaningful interactions and address customer inquiries
  • Maintain social media calendars to ensure consistent posting aligned with promotions, events, and company milestones
  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to identify new engagement opportunities
  • Track and report key social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve strategies
  • Stay updated on social media best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to suggest and implement improvements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Expert
  • Exceptional consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
  • Proven experience in social networking and familiarity with social analytics tools
  • Understanding of web design, web development, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Knowledge of online marketing and proficiency in major marketing channels
  • Upbeat attitude, detail-oriented, customer-focused, with strong multitasking and organizational skills
