Tappytoon is looking for a Growth & Engagement Manager to join the Operations Team, helping connect millions of readers worldwide to the stories they love.
This role goes beyond traditional CRM campaign execution. You'll own the end-to-end lifecycle communication strategy—leveraging behavioral data, automation, and personalization to deliver the right message at the right time, driving engagement, retention, and lifetime value across the Tappytoon platform.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who thrives at the intersection of data, experimentation, and creative messaging, and is always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective (organic and paid) social media content strategies to drive user acquisition and re-engagement.
• Track, analyze, and optimize content performance using key metrics and insights.
• Create and design engaging static marketing assets for both paid and organic social media campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with PR, content, performance marketing, and video managers to ensure alignment in messaging and creative direction across campaigns.
• Monitor and stay up to date with webtoon community trends, conversations, and audience insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing
• Hands-on experience creating visual content with image and video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Figma, CapCut)
• Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms targeting global audiences
• Native-level English proficiency with a strong passion for webtoons
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices

Preferred

• Basic knowledge of marketing data analysis (e.g., Meta Ads Manager)
• Video editing and short-form content creation experience
• Experience in media and entertainment content
