You\u2019ll plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms\nwhile analyzing performance and fostering a vibrant online community that\nreflects our brand\u2019s values.<\/span> <\/span> Content\nCreation: <\/span><\/b>Produce engaging content across formats \u2014\nshort\-form video, graphics, reels, and captions \u2014 tailored for Instagram,\nFacebook, and other platforms. Ensure every piece of content reflects Bewild\u2019s\ntone of voice, visual identity, and values.<\/span> Strategy\n& Planning: <\/span><\/b>Develop and implement social media\nstrategies aligned with business goals. Maintain and manage a content calendar\nthat integrates campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling moments.\nWork with on\-boarded partners to build a comprehensive plan.<\/span> Community\nEngagement: <\/span><\/b>Build and nurture an active online &\noffline community. Monitor comments, interact with followers, and respond\nauthentically to inquiries and feedback.<\/span> Performance\n& Analytics: <\/span><\/b>Track social media metrics and KPIs.\nPresent insights and recommendations to improve engagement, conversions, and\nbrand visibility.<\/span> <\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/b> Collaboration: <\/span><\/b>Work closely with Marketing, Design, Business\nIntelligence and Customer Experience teams. Collaborate with cross\-functional\nand remote teams to ensure content aligns with larger campaigns and brand\npriorities.<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience:\nMinimum 1 year in social media management and content creation.<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Creative\nSkills: Strong proficiency in graphic design, short\-form video editing, and\nstorytelling through visuals and copy.<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Analytical\nSkills: Ability to interpret analytics and convert insights into strategy.<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Platform\nMastery: Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and other emerging\nplatforms and knowledge of Ai tools<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Communication:\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/span> ● <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Mindset:\nPurpose\-driven, self\-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and\ncollaboratively.<\/span> You\u2019ll be a part of Bewild\u2019s Marketing Team \u2014\ncollaborating with creative, business, and farm teams across Beforest\nCollectives.
