Social Worker (Clinical)

About the Position: This is an open continuous announcement. Multiple vacancies exist and may be filled from this announcement at any of the locations listed. See "Additional Information" section for authorized incentives. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation.

Perform bio-psychosocial evaluations using expert knowledge of general and specific concepts, principles, procedures, and practices relating to psychological counseling.

Provide individual and group therapy using various modalities as clinically indicated.

Formulate behavioral health interventions and assists with implementing and monitoring treatment plans.

Provide on-going consultation services for a sub-set of patients who require on-going monitoring and follow-up.

Work as an inter-disciplinary team member to develop specific clinical pathways or best practice programs for targeted patient groups.

Make behavioral health diagnoses as appropriate.
