Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>- Engage\n with clients to understand their business processes and identify\n Salesforce and Revenue Cloud needs.
<\/li> - Analyze\n client requirements and business challenges to recommend tailored\n Salesforce solutions, focusing on Revenue Cloud.
<\/li> - Provide\n expertise on Salesforce functionality, features, and potential\n limitations, especially within Revenue Cloud modules.
<\/li> - Design\n and present Salesforce solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating\n benefits and strategic fit.
<\/li> - Collaborate\n with Salesforce developers and IT professionals to ensure accurate\n implementation of chosen solutions.
<\/li> - Oversee\n customization and configuration of Salesforce CPQ and RCA to meet client\n specifications.
<\/li> - Conduct\n training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate effective\n adoption of Salesforce CPQ / RCA solutions.
<\/li> - Provide\n ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and\n optimization of Salesforce applications.

Requirements<\/h3>Requirements & Competencies<\/b>
<\/p>- Proven\n experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role\n in IT or software consulting.
<\/li> - Hands\-on\n experience with Salesforce development and documentation, particularly\n with Revenue Cloud.
<\/li> - Familiarity\n with Salesforce deployment and project lifecycle management.
<\/li> - Strong\n analytical and problem\-solving skills.
<\/li> - Excellent\n communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for client\-facing\n interaction.
