Job Description: <\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>This is a full\-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year;\nand work is performed at a customer location. As a Software/Data Engineer on\nour team, you will develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software\nsystems based upon documented requirements; review and test software components\nfor adherence to the design requirements; and document test results. You will\nalso utilize software development and software design methodologies appropriate\nto the environment. You will provide specific input to the software components\nof system design to include the use of Commercial Off\-The\-Shelf (COTS) /\nGovernment Off\-The\-Shelf (GOTS in place of new development. You will also\ndevelop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, confer\nwith users or system engineers; analyze usage and work processes; and\ninvestigate problem areas.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

<\/p>- Position\nrequires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Nineteen (19) years of demonstrated experience\nin Software Engineering with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer\nScience, Mathematics, or appropriate field from an accredited college or\nuniversity OR Twenty (20) years of experience in Software Engineering with a\nHigh School Diploma or GED OR Eighteen (17) years of experience in Software\nEngineering with a Master\u2019s degree in Engineering, Computer Science,\nMathematics, or appropriate field from an accredited college or university OR\nFourteen (14) years of experience in Software Engineering with a PhD in\nEngineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or appropriate field from an\naccredited college or university.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience designing, deploying and managing\ncloud infrastructure using Open Stack and other comparable platforms<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong\nLinux and Python background<\/span>
<\/li>- Understanding\nof IT management and operations<\/span>

<\/li>- Certifications\nsuch as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure\nSolutions Architect is a plus<\/span>
