What You Will Contribute

We are looking for a Software Developer with a strong foundation in modern development practices and a passion for learning and applying new technologies. You will contribute to the redesign and evolution of systems used by external customers, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities & Deliverables

As a Software Developer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyze functional and technical requirements and implement high‑quality software solutions
  • Design, develop, test and maintain customer‑facing web applications and services
  • Develop, test, and support production‑level code based on tasks prioritized in an Agile delivery environment
  • Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality, reliability and maintainability
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and collaborate effectively within a distributed team
  • Communicate progress, schedule changes, risks and known issues to management and stakeholders
  • Follow established procedures for code implementation, documentation and version control
  • Adhere to and contribute to team standards related to tools, methodologies, and development best practices
  • Support production environments and assist with issue investigation and resolution as required

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

  • University degree or college diploma (or equivalent practical experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field

  • 2+ years of hands‑on software development
  • Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
  • Experience with:
    • ASP.NET, C#, MVC, modern .NET, Web APIs
    • HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular
  • Experience with relational databases (preferably Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle)
  • Proficiency with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code
  • Experience using Git and standard branching strategies
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure–based environments
  • Demonstrated ability to stay current with industry practices, tools and emerging technologies

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
  • Experience supporting cloud‑hosted or production systems
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery at scale
