SOFTWARE DEVELOPER - JAVA

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Support application deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams on containerized deployments and cloud-native solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Kafka, and React JS.
• Experience leading development teams and managing technical deliveries for medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
