Summary of the Role:

As a Senior AI Developer, you will design, build, and scale production-ready Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI platforms. You will work on core engineering challenges such as multi-agent workflows, evaluation frameworks, memory management, token optimization, and scalable AI infrastructure. This role is suited for someone with 6โ€“9 years of software engineering experience, including meaningful exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) systems.

In This Role Youโ€™ll / Your Main Responsibilities

  • Design and implement agentic AI systems, including agent-to-agent communication, role-based collaboration, planner-executor patterns, and multi-step workflow orchestration.

  • Build evaluation frameworks for agent workflows, retrieval quality, reasoning consistency, tool usage, and output reliability using automated evaluation methods.

  • Develop memory and context-management capabilities, including short-term memory, long-term vector storage, context compression, and token-usage optimization.

  • Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using semantic chunking, hybrid search, reranking, corrective loops, and scalable data-processing workflows.

  • Apply statistical and Machine Learning techniques to improve relevance, evaluate system performance, and support production-grade AI quality.

About Ideal Candidate

  • 6โ€“9 years of professional software engineering experience, with practical experience in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, RAG, or agentic systems.

  • Strong Python engineering skills, including AsyncIO, multiprocessing, backend frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask, and experience building production-ready services.

  • Good understanding of agentic AI concepts, graph-based orchestration, tool-calling patterns, Model Context Protocol (MCP), retrieval systems, embeddings, and vector search.

  • Experience with evaluation metrics and techniques such as Recall@K, Mean Reciprocal Rank (MRR), Normalized Discounted Cumulative Gain (NDCG), text provenance checks, and LLM-as-judge approaches.

  • Ability to work across system design, implementation, debugging, performance optimization, and documentation while collaborating effectively with product and engineering teams.
