Job Summary & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to support and customize our FA and wafer-handling subcomponents that power our next-generation systems. In this role, you will be involved throughout the full software development lifecycle—from gathering and analyzing customer requirements to designing, implementing, and debugging software for advanced equipment in the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into technical requirements
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET applications using C# and WPF
  • Implement client-server communication using WCF, TCP/IP, and other protocols
  • Support customer FA requirements and customization
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and system integration
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of software architecture and development processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related engineering discipline
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience with .NET, C#, or related technologies
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
  • Familiarity with metrology tools and SEMI industry standards
  • Experience with host communication and system customization
  • Hands-on experience with WPF for GUI design and implementation
  • Proficiency in client/server communication technologies such as WCF and TCP/IP
  • Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies and tools such as Git
  • Experience with databases, including writing queries and stored procedures
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
