Software Engineer Agent

You will design, build, and ship agentic systems that autonomously investigate, diagnose, and remediate production issues. You will architect multi-step workflows that coordinate across tools, APIs, and sandboxed code execution environments. You will implement integrations that give the agent deep knowledge of deployments, logs, metrics, DNS, and the full lifecycle of web applications. You will deliver polished user-facing experiences across CLI, dashboard, and messaging surfaces, and build infrastructure for dynamic skill injection and model evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic systems that autonomously investigate, diagnose, and remediate production issues
• Architect multi-step agent workflows that coordinate across tools, APIs, and sandboxed code execution environments
• Build skills and tool integrations that provide the agent deep knowledge of deployments, functions, logs, metrics, and DNS
• Ship polished user-facing experiences across Slack, dashboard, and CLI
• Develop infrastructure for dynamic skill injection to add capabilities at runtime
• Collaborate on prompt engineering, model evaluation, and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-time software engineering experience
• Strong TypeScript proficiency (Python experience also welcomed)
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and domains
• Strong product and UI sensibility
• Full-stack capability with knowledge of infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability
• Experience building frameworks, platforms, or reusable abstractions
• Ability to ship independently and influence architecture
• Excellent communication skills
