Software Engineer (AI / Python)

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Engineer with hands-on experience in agentic AI systems , LLM orchestration and cloud-native development . Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain Python-based applications with a focus on quality and scalability Write and maintain unit tests using pytest to ensure code reliability Build, orchestrate and optimize agentic AI systems including multi-agent workflows, LangChain and LangGraph components and integrations Apply prompt engineering best practices to ensure reliable and consistent LLM outputs Implement and manage agent-to-agent orchestration patterns Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs Collaborate within a team using Git and manage pipelines with GitLab CI/CD Deploy, configure and manage applications in Azure cloud environments and Kubernetes Requirements Strong proficiency in Python and testing frameworks such as pytest Hands-on experience with Git, GitLab CI/CD and collaborative team environments Proven experience designing and implementing agentic AI systems, including LangChain, LangGraph and prompt engineering for LLM-based applications Solid understanding of A2A orchestration principles Experience with Azure cloud services and Kubernetes setup and configuration Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert business needs into technical solutions No visa sponsorship available Nice to have Java Spring Boot and React experience Experience in handling financial domain data
