The role involves supporting software development initiatives, ERP implementations, and client\-centric projects, contributing to efficient and scalable business solutions.
<\/span><\/p>Key Responsibilities:<\/u><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>Assist in the development, customization, and deployment of software applications
<\/span><\/p>Support ERP/CRM implementation projects (Zoho, Tally, etc.)
<\/span><\/p>Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications
<\/span><\/p>Understand business and client requirements to support solution delivery
<\/span><\/p>Maintain accurate technical documentation and reports
<\/span><\/p>Collaborate with cross\-functional teams for project execution
<\/span><\/p>Educational Qualification<\/b>
<\/span><\/p>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
<\/span><\/p>Technical Skills<\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Java / Python / JavaScript)
<\/li> - Understanding of databases and SQL queries
<\/li> - Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs)
<\/li> - Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities
<\/li> - Mandatory Requirement
<\/li> - Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (both verbal and written)
