Your Day-to-Day:

• Write clean, high-performance, scalable code.

• Build user-friendly APIs and services.

• Develop robust unit and integration tests.

• Contribute to scalable architecture and a culture of continuous improvement.

• Collaborate across the organization to understand and translate business priorities into shipped features delivering customer success.

• Build and ship high-quality products, leveraging AI tools at every stage of development.

• Design and develop well-structured and easy-to-consume APIs.

• Deliver quality, scalable, and maintainable software to customers at an impressive pace.

• Contribute to OpenGov’s Engineering culture of innovation, leading-edge technology adoption and quality.

What we are looking for:

• Pursuing a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent (self-taught coders welcome!)

• Strong foundation in any programming language (Java, C++, Python, C#, etc.)

• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms

• Develop robust unit and integration tests

• Contribute to scalable architecture and a culture of continuous improvement

Bonus Points For

• Experience with JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, or Python

• Familiarity with GraphQL, event-driven systems, Kafka, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of data structure, algorithms and programming fundamentals.
