Responsibilities:
Optimize CRM System Configuration– Assist in configuring and refining CRM workflows, settings, and integrations to improve functionality and efficiency.
Work with Integrations – Support API-based integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Support and Communicate – Collaborate with internal teams and end users to resolve configuration challenges and enhance system performance.
Create Clear Documentation – Develop and maintain technical documentation, including setup guides, best practices, and troubleshooting steps.
Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to implement solutions and improve CRM processes.
Analyze and Troubleshoot – Identify and resolve technical issues related to CRM configurations and integrations, ensuring reliable system performance.
